Conference Participant, Regular Fee: 180€ (if paid by 1st July) or 220€ (if paid after 1st July)* – (20% VAT included) (includes all conference materials, professional excursion and social events)
Researcher younger than 35: 100€ (if paid by 1st July) or 150€ (if paid after 1st July)* – (20% VAT included) (includes all conference materials, professional excursion and social events)
The conference fee for the accompanying person is 130 EUR (if paid by 1st July) or 150 EUR (if paid after 1st July)* – (20% VAT included).
* All bank transfer fees must be covered by the participant and may not be deducted from the amount remitted.
Publication fee – If authors are unable to attend the conference, their accepted papers will be published with a publication fee of 100 EUR (20% VAT included) only paid by 1st September 2025. One author may submit up to three papers under a single publication fee, but only if they are the first-listed author.
The authors are kindly asked to inform the organizers about the type of presentation in the preliminary registration – until 15th August 2025.
Domestic participants can pay conference fee in RSD, an amount equivalent to average exchange rate of NBS on the day of payment.
